Passport & Citizenship
Walk-in applicants cannot be accommodated.
To ensure efficiency and minimize wait times, the Consulate of Kenya in Manila operates strictly by appointment.
Booking Procedure
Complete Online Application
- Log in to the eCitizen portal (ecitizen.go.ke), complete your passport application form, and successfully settle the passport fees online.
Access the Booking Module
- Once payment is confirmed, navigate to the Consular Appointment Booking section within your eCitizen dashboard. Select the designated Kenyan consular location in the Philippines.
Select Date and Time
- Choose an available date and time slot from the scheduling calendar. Confirm your selection to finalize the booking.
Print Appointment Slip
- Download and print the Appointment Booking Slip. You must present this slip alongside your application documents at the consular entrance.
Important Guidelines
- Punctuality: Applicants are requested to arrive exactly 15 minutes before their scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in the forfeiture of the slot and require rescheduling.
- Rescheduling: If you need to change your appointment, please log back into the eCitizen portal at least 48 hours in advance to select a new date.
- Mandatory Presence: Biometric capture requires the physical presence of the applicant. This includes infants and children, who must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Notice: Appointment slots are non-transferable. Ensure the name on the appointment booking slip matches the name on the applicant's official identification documents.
